Is GST applicable on Vylot subscriptions?
Yes. 18% GST is charged on all paid subscriptions. A GST invoice is issued for every payment, which you can use for input tax credit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll receive a notification before hitting limits. Exceeding limits will pause new invoice creation until you upgrade or the next billing cycle resets your usage.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan gives you permanent access to core features. You can upgrade to a paid plan with a 14-day money-back guarantee if it doesn't meet your needs.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is quoted based on your specific requirements — team size, invoice volume, custom integrations, and SLA requirements. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
