Creating an Invoice

In the Desk module, navigate to Invoices and click "Create Invoice". Select a pre-existing customer or add a new one on the fly. Add items from your product catalog, and Vylot will automatically calculate the subtotal, apply necessary GST logic based on the customer's state, and output the total.

Payment Integration (UPI & QR)

Once an invoice is generated, you can click the "Generate UPI QR" button. This displays a dynamic QR code pre-filled with the exact invoice amount. The customer can scan this with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). The transaction is routed directly to the UPI VPA you configured in your Business Settings.
